Deadly Tesla shooting may have began as a road rage DENVER (KDVR) — The argument between two Tesla drivers that ended with one being shot and killed may have begun as a road rage incident.Police in Edgewater are now asking for any witnesses who may have seen a possible road rage incident between the two drivers to come forward.The deadly shooting took place at the Tesla charging station at the Edgewater Public Market, located at West 20th Avenue and Depew Street, on May 3. Investigators believe the two Tesla drivers got into an argument and one was fatally shot.    The alleged shooter drove away at first, but he later contacted police and turned himself in. So far, he has not been arrested or charged. Patrick Placencio is wanted for the first-degree murder of a 22-year-old. The Lakewood Police Department said Placencio should be considered "armed and dangerous." Police believe deadly Tesla shooting began as a road rage According to LPD, the homicide occurred on April 30 at 2:48 a.m. in the 1200 block of South Marshall Street. The area is in the Lasley neighborhood. Police located the woman inside a home where she had died from at least one gunshot wound.Detectives have not stated what the relationship is between Placencio and the victim.According to LPD, Placencio is known to frequent the Lakewood and Denver areas.
